Pop & Peek — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pop & Peek, made by Zaz Studios ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Who this app is for

Pop & Peek is designed for young children to use, typically with a parent or guardian nearby. If you are a parent or guardian downloading this app for a child, these terms are between you and us — a child cannot legally agree to terms of service, and we don't ask them to.

What you get

• One world free forever — no purchase, no time limit, no ads.
• An optional one-time purchase ("Unlock Everything") that permanently unlocks the remaining worlds, mini-games and Pop Party levels on that device/account, at the price shown in the app at time of purchase. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is no recurring charge. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device signed in to the same Apple or Google account, use the "Restore Purchase" option on the purchase screen to get it back at no cost.
• Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play (depending on your device) and by RevenueCat as the purchase-processing layer. Refunds are handled through Apple's or Google's own refund process, not directly by us, since they hold the actual payment relationship.

The parental gate

Before starting the purchase flow, the app requires a short hold-to-confirm action specifically so that a young child using the app on their own can't accidentally start a purchase. Please only complete this action if you are an adult who intends to make the purchase.

Acceptable use

Pop & Peek is meant to be played as designed. Please don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the app or its content, or use it in any way not intended by its design as a children's game.

No warranties, limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is." While we've built it carefully and tested it, we can't guarantee it will always be free of bugs or available on every device. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app (new worlds, bug fixes, improvements) and may update these terms over time. If these terms change materially, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new date.
